Where to Stay

Cedar Motor Inn

For over 45 years, the Cedar Motor has been a family owned business. Rustic charm with modern amenities and a sauna! A diversion from the big franchise feel. Located on US-41, it is a stone’s throw from all the chain restaurants, shopping centers, etc. and only 2.5 miles from the dead center of downtown.

Landmark Inn

The landmark Inn sits atop the highest perch of Marquette’s downtown district overlooking the big lake. This hotel has a beautiful historic interior and both fine dining and pub venues within. A very cool building and location.

Holiday Inn

Located just a few pedal strokes from the Iron Ore Heritage trail, this is a terrific option for a ride in, ride out kind of stay. Access to downtown and the south trail system in particular are a breeze from here. A cool bar/lounge inside as well.

Hampton Inn

Situated quite literally on the edge of Lake Superior, the Hampton is a terrific location for walking into downtown, riding in and out by way of the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, or just watching the million dollar sunsets we have.

Stay Bridge Suites

New on the scene as off summer 2017, Stay Bridge is on the west end of popular Washington Street. A 100′ gravel path connects it to the Iron ore Heritage trail. If you followed along Bike Magazine’s Bible of Bikes 2018, you will recognize the rooftop patio from many of the discussion videos.
